All running coaching includes:

  • Initial intake meeting

  • Workouts prescribed with paces specific to you

  • Shared access to the training file for weekly feedback and comments

  • Modified cross training, if needed

  • Communication with your coach via phone, text, and email

  • 3-6 month race specific plans or ongoing monthly coaching

  • Monthly Coaching: $75/month (plus 1 nutrition session per month - $105/month)

  • 12-Month Coaching Plan: $69/month
