My training approach focuses on a careful, steady progression, building mileage and intensity with your specific goals in mind.

All running coaching includes:

  • Initial intake meeting

  • Workouts prescribed with paces specific to you

  • Shared access to the training file for weekly feedback and comments using the VDOT02 app

  • Modified cross training, if needed

  • Communication with your coach via phone, text, and email

  • Calls before races or as needed
