About Laura
Hi! I’m Laura, a mom of 2 and Integrative Nutrition coach currently living outside NYC . I’ve always been interested in nutrition and have experimented with all sorts of health fads over the years until I discovered that fads are not the answer. Our bodies know what's best - if we can tune in and figure it out!
I love to run and specialize in working with runners and endurance athletes, to fuel their bodies to perform and feel their best. I am also an RRCA certified running coach and work with athletes to improve their fitness and reach race goals.
Through my holistic health training, I became to understand and appreciate the concept of
bio-individuality. What works for one person will not necessarily work for the next. And I gradually learned how to listen to my body and determine what I need to eat to have more energy, eliminate the bloating and mental fogginess, and feel good!
I don't have a 'label' for the way I eat- paleo, vegetarian, high carb, low carb- I believe in real food and making room for the fun foods. It's about determining a balanced, healthy way of eating that you can happily do for life.
Healthy should be a fun, delicious lifestyle, not a diet.
Life can get crazy, but creating healthier habits is always doable and so incredibly worthwhile.
