4 Powerful Questions to Ask Yourself as we Kick Off 2024

I used to start each new year with a list of resolutions.


Now, I prefer to spend a few minutes journaling and reflecting on the year. There's a lot of wisdom to be gained from a few minutes noting what you've learned, how you've grown, what's working for you, and what isn't.




So I challenge you to take a few minutes to sit with your journal, or pull out the notes section on your phone and answer the following powerful questions:


1. How is your overall well-being right now? Consider mentally, physically, socially, emotionally, spiritually.


2. What are three things you're proud of or that you accomplished this year?


3. What do you need to let go of and leave in 2023 that isn't working or isn't serving your overall well-being?


and finally...


4. How will you take care of yourself in the coming year? Reflect back on your answer to numbers 1 and 3 and address what you could tweak.
