4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Balls

I have a huge sweet tooth, and I seem to have passed it down to my girls as well.

We try to limit desserts and processed sweets in our house, but one of the ways we’ve dealt with the request for dessert after dinner is by having an alternative “treat” for the girls (or for me!)

One of my favorites are these peanut butter energy balls. They are no-bake, so they’re super fast and easy.

Peanut Butter Energy Balls

  • 1/2 c. peanut butter (or almond, etc) at room temperature

  • 1/2 c. rolled or quick oats

  • 3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 c. raisins or dark chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls. You could also add coconut, chia seeds or cacao nibs. I store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
